Exclusion of liability

1. Content of the online offering

The author does not assume any liability for the quality of the information provided or its being up-to-date, correct or complete. Liability claims against the author that relate to damage of a material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information offered or by use of incorrect or incomplete information shall be excluded in principle, unless the author is demonstrably guilty of intent or gross negligence in this regard. All offers are without commitment and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, add to or delete parts of the sites or the entire offering or discontinue publication of them/it temporarily or for good without any special prior notice.

2. References and links

In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party Internet sites (“links”) outside the author’s sphere of responsibility, there shall be an obligation to assume liability only if the author is aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for the author to prevent the use of the content if it is unlawful. The author therefore expressly declares that the linked sites were free of unlawful content at the time the links were set. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design and on the content of the linked sites. The author therefore disassociates itself expressly from all content of all linked sites changed after the links were set. This shall apply to all links and references made within the author’s own Internet offering and to entries made by third parties in visitors’ books, discussion forms and mailing lists set up by the author. Only the party providing the site referred to, and not the party who merely refers to the respective publication by means of links, shall be liable for unlawful, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular damage resulting from the use or non-use of such offered information.

3. Copyright and trademark law

The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the used graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts in all publications, to use graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts that it has created itself or to use graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts that do not need to be licensed. All trademarks that are specified within the Internet offering and that may be protected by third parties shall be subject without restriction to the regulations of prevailing trademark law and the property rights of their respective registered holders. The fact that such trademarks are merely named shall not be deemed to indicate that they are not protected by third party-rights! The copyright for published objects created by the author itself shall remain with the author of the sites. Any copying or use of such graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts in other electronic or printed publications shall not be permitted without the express consent of the author.

4. Legal validity of this exclusion of liability

This exclusion of liability should be regarded as part of the Internet offering from which reference was made to this site. Should parts or individual formulations of this text not, no longer or not fully comply with the prevailing legal situation, the content and validity of all other parts of the document shall remain unaffected.

5. Information on details, offerings and prices

Value-added tax at the statutory rate shall be payable on top of the prices. Our Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. Subject to modification with notice.
